What is a doula?
Childbirth is an important and life-changing experience that you will carry with you for a lifetime.
A birth doula is someone who provides continuous emotional support, physical comfort, information and guidance during childbirth.
A doula is not a medical provider and cannot offer clinical advice.
As a doula, I will be by your side to support you and your plan for welcoming your beautiful babies into the world.

I can't wait to support you and your experience! My awareness and passion for birth work all started when I was pregnant with my son. I experienced many unsolicited stories and advice of what I should and/or shouldn’t do regarding labor and delivery; Many comments negative and fear-inducing. I decided I was going to write my own story and do everything in my power to have a positive birth experience for my baby and I.
I am passionate about supporting you through your journey to create the best birth experience for you; whatever that looks like and means for you!
