Hola, I'm Paige!
I am passionate about birth. I believe it is an experience that shouldn't "just happen" to you as result of wanting a baby. It is something that can transform you in a positive way. You can feel confident and strong while you welcome your little one into the world.

It is my mission to help mama's and their families welcome their babies while feeling supported and respected. I want you to feel safe, empowered, and respected in your labor. I aim to provide education for informed decision-making, personalized birth planning and support, emotional, physical and mental support to you and your family!
My Story
My passion for the birth world started when I was pregnant with my first child. Throughout my pregnancy I was given advice from random strangers, friends and family members. Sometimes I was the one asking for the advice but most times it was just given to me randomly. I was told what I should/should not do regarding the birth of my own baby. Most of the advice was fear induced. That was when I decided I wouldn't be taking any advice given out of fear. I started preparing for my own labor and delivery experience. It was going to be positive. I was going to bring my baby into this world on a positive note. Birth wouldn't be something that "just happened" to me. I educated myself through podcasts, took a list of questions to every OB appointment, researched and created my own birth plan. I fell in love with learning everything I could.
Fast-forward to my birth experience. I had my fiancé and mom there to support me. My mom acted as a doula, without any formal or additional training or knowledge. She and my husband worked in tandem to provide me with the support I needed to positively bring my baby into the world. Overall, it was a positive, happy and life changing experience. Yes, I felt pain. Yes, while in labor I said to my mom, "people willingly do this more than once?!" It was not all sunshine and rainbows. BUT throughout my experience I felt STRONG, I felt CONFIDENT, I was UNAFRAID. I did it!
I felt empowered and was driven to help other mama's feel the same.
